EcoComposites Cluster Meeting

On 9 September 2025, the EcoComposites Cluster gathered online for a regular follow-up meeting, bringing together European research and innovation projects focused on bio-based and sustainable composites. The FOREST project actively participated in the discussion.

Focus on JEC World 2026

A key topic of the meeting was the cluster’s joint dissemination activities, in particular preparations for a shared booth at JEC World 2026 in Paris, the world’s leading event for composites and advanced materials. The booth will serve as a common space for several EcoComposites projects, offering visibility through exhibits, speaking slots, and side events.

For FOREST, this collaboration represents an important opportunity to connect our final event and outreach activities with the broader EcoComposites agenda. Such alignment will help us extend the impact of our results, reach wider audiences, and strengthen the visibility of sustainable innovations across Europe.

Looking ahead

Beyond JEC World 2026, the meeting also addressed possibilities for joint communication, media outreach, and networking opportunities, including links between project-level and cluster-level events. Regular exchanges within the cluster ensure that synergies are identified early and that knowledge sharing benefits all participating projects.
